About Aron
Aron was a Musician, Vinyl Presser, Bartender, Chef, Friend, Uncle, Brother, & Son. Aron was born January 21st, 1973, in San Rafel CA, but immediately moved to Wray, Colorado with his parents in March of 1973. After only a few years in Wray, Aron's small family moved to Klamath Falls, Oregon on July 3rd, 1976. He gained a sister, Natalie, in 1976 and a brother, Corey in 1979. Aron spent his formative childhood years in K-Falls but longed for more. In 1995 he left home before finishing high school, promptly received his GED, moved to Eugene, OR, got his first real job at Taco Bell, and started a band. It was here where Aron blossomed as a Bass Player and Musician in Eugene's local 90's punk scene. He traveled up and down the West Coast on tour with his band, the Artless Motives. After a bad break up (both the band and the girl), and a need for a change in scenery, Aron then moved to NYC in 1998. He spent time here working as a Fly-Rigger for NYC schools helping to gut and maintain old high-school theaters. Aron stayed through 911, helping his fellow NY'ers out. Then in 2006 he moved back to the West Coast and ended up in Portland OR. Back on the west coast he reconnected with his Eugene and Klamath friends, and continued to make new friends. Aron remained living in Portland OR, most recently with his little dog, Buzz. Aron also loved the outdoors and would frequently go solo hiking when not camping or at a cook-out with friends. Aside from his little puppy, his roommates, and friends, Aron was close to and loved his grandparents, parents, sister & brother, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews. Aron spent most of his working hours either Cooking, Bartending, or many other trades. Over the years however, it was always about the music. Aron kept coming back to music no matter where he was or what his life looked like. It was always about the music.
